Too much of this art just looks like tracings of 3D models. Very stiff. The muscles are not inserted into the torso, instead they are deforming like 3D models from Poser. The focal lengths are also off on several of these panels, you have 30mm focal length and 60mm focal lengths in the same panel on the same figure, which doesn't make any sense. Page in particular this is obvious is the 5 panel fight scene. You've done better than this. This is just stiff work, in contrast to what you can, and have done before. The colorist isn't helping either. Has splatter everywhere in the fight scene messing with the composition. You're Joe Quesada, have some confidence in your skills rather than leaning on tracing without embellishing and start art directing the colorist as well.

This is so crazy because TChalla was at the top of the lost of who I might want you to sketch for me this weekend. My wife and I had just begun to discuss other possibilities right before seeing this announcement and now we're not sure if it's 'A Sign' or not lol. Super excited for the story and art!!!!

Also, the National WWI Memorial and Museum is a great place to learn so much about that whole scene. Another guarantee of a unique time.

Woohoo! I can’t wait to read this.

Hey man, when you’re in KC, and in between BBQ bites, if you get a chance to make it to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum (and Museum of American Jazz right next door), you won’t regret it. This is a money-back guarantee of a great time! That place punches way, way, way above its weight. It’s essential museum-attending.

Martin, it's on my list, I just don't know if I'll have the time. I hear the NLBM is a must see.

Congratulations! MK Black Panther is still one my all time favourite series, all due to the writing of Christopher. So to have both of you on this project, It'll be the first time in some years I'll be buying a comic on a regular schedule. Thank you.

(In all seriousness, Priest’s BP run was one of my favorite Marvel runs ever. So thank you for being smart enough to hire Priest in your MK days and thank you for this upcoming book!!)
